At Paint by Diamoond, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all components included.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts cannot be accepted.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defect).

  • Use a reliable, trackable shipping method to send the item back to us.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Processing Your Return and Refund

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, including initial and return shipping charges, are non-refundable except in cases of seller error.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund promptly, including any shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products or digital files

  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items

  • Personalized or custom orders (unless defective)


8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and return shipping costs.

  • Returns may take longer due to customs processing and shipping times.

  • Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to order fulfillment.
